Paying for a one-hour session with a trainer is simply not enough anymore and won't help you achieve your goals, but I will.


The reason I believe I've been so successful in helping my clients achieve their health and fitness goals is because of the holistic approach I take towards working to achieve them. I believe there are four elements equally as important as each other: Mind, Exercise, Nutrition and Lifestyle. That's why those who train with me get an individualised personal training programme that's transformational. Hiring a personal trainer who considers their role to start and finish within your allocated 60-minute time slot is no longer good enough. With me you'll get your 1-2-1 training, but you'll also receive:

  • Home workouts to compliment your 1-2-1 sessions
  • Meal plans and recipes
  • Ongoing nutritional advice
  • An ear to listen to your challenges
  • A realistic programme to fit your lifestyle


Private and Exclusive Personal Training Studio in Chester

If you're nervous of gyms, shy or want complete privacy during your session, then training in the Chester Studio is for you. Your one-hour session is delivered in complete privacy with exclusive use of the gym equipment and my time. This ensures we maximise our time together without distraction. (Based at The Anatomy Studio, Egerton Street, Chester)


Personal Training and Workshops at your Workplace

Many businesses are now understanding healthy employees are also good employees. Not only do they tend to have less sickness-related absence, they are more focused, motivated to succeed and productive in the workplace. Having a personal trainer on site to deliver individual or group sessions can also bring colleagues closer together through having a common goal. This is great for team cohesion and provides a great healthy challenge for colleagues.


Training with Friends and Sharing the Cost

Whether you don't quite have the money to train 1-2-1 or find you're more motivated in a group environment, then small group personal training is for you. Grab a couple of your friends or colleagues and get started now. There's nothing like having a common goal you and your partner or friends can work together on, and now it comes with a bonus because they can share the cost! Small Group Personal Training

2 people: £25pp/hour

3 people: £20pp/hour

4 people: £15pp/hour

5 people: £10pp/hour
